A Parliament of Owls, perhaps we should send them to Ottawa…they would likely make wiser decisions than the current gaggle of geese or the previous conspiracy of crows.

There’s was a great deal of hooting going on in the back room. Ruffled feathers indeed. “I have been elected to say we are not happy with this call”, squawked one wise old bird. The other two flapped their wings vigorously. They did not want to be included in the other parliament .
